Holistic healing regards the entire universe as a comprehensive system. The characteristics of the Five Elements (metal, wood, water, fire, earth) make up the elements of the universe and create an overall balance. When the balance is in harmony, we have health and prosperity, on the contrary, disease happens when our body is out of balance, or in a state of unnatural balance. So our treatment is to break this natural balance and restore our body, mind and spirit back to its original natural state.

Shoulder, neck, and back pain are currently common causes of discomfort, resulting from technological advancements, lifestyle changes, and stress, giving rise to numerous issues. Neck, shoulder, and back pain are often interconnected, sometimes related to headaches as well. This is usually due to blockages in the meridian lines within the body regions and the blockage of (cold and damp) energy.

Digestive issues, especially irritable bowel syndrome, are common health problems that have a negative impact on the lives of many. The main cause of onset is dietary issues, poor eating habits such as consuming foods that are detrimental to the digestive system, which can lead to gastrointestinal problems. Consuming overly hot or cold foods can also stimulate the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in excessive acidity in the digestive system. Furthermore, consuming cold foods or foods containing addictive chemicals can also affect normal gastrointestinal function.

Lower Back Pain.

Lower back pain is a common ailment that affects the quality of life for many. Lumbar disc herniation is a possible cause of lower back pain, involving the soft tissues between the lumbar vertebrae. It can occur due to incorrect posture, position, or twisting injury. Another factor to consider is the point of exertion in the body. The lower back supports the entire body, making the health of the lumbar vertebrae crucial for maintaining a normal life and activities. The lumbar vertebrae are where bodily strength originates and act as the fulcrum for the body. If there are issues in the lower back, it can not only affect daily activities but might also lead to an inability to care for oneself.

Respiratory obstruction is caused by long-term blockages in the lungs, leading to damage to the tracheal mucosa. Additionally, dampness accumulation within the lungs can cause respiratory system damage, generating irritative reactions. This further results in lung congestion, which under external stimuli, might lead to more damage to lung tissue.

Obesity can lead to various cardiovascular diseases and also result in thickened blood, triggering issues such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and high blood sugar. In severe cases, it can lead to cardiovascular blockages and coronary heart disease. Weight gain can also exacerbate joint burdens, leading to joint aging and calcification.

Skin Disease .

There are many types of skin diseases, such as eczema, vitiligo, acne, and pimples. The skin is the body's largest respiratory organ, and toxins that accumulate within the body over time will be expelled through the skin. Therefore, skin problems not only affect appearance but also reflect internal issues, such as blockages and endocrine imbalances.

Muscular & Sport Injury.

muscle strains can cause inconvenience and pain, and this pain can radiate. For instance, a strain in the deltoid muscle of the shoulder can affect the entire arm and upper body since nerves are interconnected. The most significant consequence of muscle strains is that the damaged muscle fibers cannot regenerate. Muscles consist of long fibers, and the number of muscle fibers a person grows in their lifetime is fixed. After muscle fiber loss, they won't regenerate, leading to permanent defects in some muscles.

Infertility.

Infertility is a common issue today caused by factors like environmental pollution, genetic inheritance, irregular lifestyles, and prolonged contraceptive pill use, which can lead to an inability of the uterus to conceive. The healthy uterine lining is like fertile soil that can nurture life. However, if the uterus lacks Qi and blood, causing uterine cold, it can sustain significant damage, leading to uterine fibroids with severe cold condensation. The uterine lining, uterine membrane, and fallopian tubes become stiff due to cold invasion, impeding Qi and blood circulation. Immature egg production can also result.
